The Project
I developed a comprehensive email engagement and marketing system for the Greater Sacramento Economic Council. The system automates both outbound and inbound email communication with key stakeholders. For companies that may be interested in relocating, a scoring system elevates the most promising leads to the attention of the business development team, and automatically inputs key data into the organizational CRM system.
The system also tags contacts intelligently. For example, those who open email from an IP address in the Sacramento region will receive our stakeholder engagement materials, while those form target markets, such as the Bay Area, will begin to receive messages about our region’s core value proposition.
I also developed the format and style for the emails themselves, and have included below a few examples of what they look like.
